Shopping and Payment Terms

All prices shown on the website are in NZ$ and include GST.
You may order products shown on the website either online or at the Uniform Shop.  The shop is located opposite rooms 2 and 3 and is open on Fridays 8.30am – 9.00am).
You may pay for your order by credit card (Visa and Mastercard only) or by the bank transfer of funds into our bank account.
If you order on-line, you will receive confirmation of your order by email.
As soon as your credit card transaction is authorised (or your bank transfer is received) we'll send an email order confirmation and fill your order.
If you have any questions in relation to our school shop, or the products and services offered, please email shop@victoriaave.com, or phone the school office on 520 0602.

Delivery

Products will only be delivered on receipt of payment.
Delivery of uniform will be within 3 school days of confirmation of payment.
Orders will be delivered during term time only.
For payment of expenses you will receive an automated email confirming that your payment has been received.

Returns

We may, but are not obliged to accept the return of any uniform item that was ordered and correctly supplied.  Returns must be within 7 school days of delivery.  Items returned must have labels attached and/or be in the original packaging where applicable.  We are unable to give a full refund or exchange if the item is not returned in the original condition.  Returned items must be delivered to the office, and a Return Request completed.  Within 3 school days the goods will be exchanged or you will be contacted.
